At Aircare Appliances, we want you to breathe easy knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Appliance

  Carefully place the item back into its original box with all included filters, manuals, and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our facility safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
